Buying a house can be one of the biggest purchases that anyone can make, so it is important a local authority search is carried out with the local land charges service upon the property/parcel of land you are interested in.

* Additional parcels of land are only applicable to a single residential property either side of the subject land. The rate for additional parcels of land does not apply to commercial premises or undeveloped land. If you have a second, or additional, commercial search then you will be required to pay the full commercial search fee.

Please note that the CON29 fee includes VAT as from 1 April 2023.
